I just can’t wait for more. The pictures of the kayakying and the big
mountain riding just make my heart race I have been listening to the dirtbag diaries since the begining and am a Seattle native and live in the outdoors when the spring comes and hike/climb anything my Subaru can take me too I just want to say that the things that go on your shows just make me want to go outside and do anything!

And I think I should get on that cause I am turning 17 soon!

But just to throw the word out “The Season” is amazing

    Ben,
if you subscribe via iTunes and transfer the file to your iPod or download it with an iPhone, you can watch it that way. You have to subscribe though and actually get the file. Streaming won’t reliably work.

is there a release schedule for the remaining episodes, or will i be checking my itunes library every hour until episode 2 is released?

great work! this is the first internet only “show” or program that i can really relate to. i am very impressed with the production quality and subject matter. hopefully this is the beginning of grerat internet programming for sports enthusiast who don’t watch mainstream sports – NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL.

    Hi Fitz,

Thanks for the reply. Your podcasts and videos are fantastic.

I have it subscribed in iTunes. HD videos don’t automatically sync to iPods and iPhones. I had to create an iPhone version before it would sync to the phone. On a decently fast computer, it took over 10 minutes. It would be great if you could also syndicate a standard def version. If not, your videos are well worth the extra effort.

    Fantastic!

The energy that the Season already have is amazing. I can’t wait for the rest of the episodes.
Thanks for all this and Dirtbag Diaries.

I feel compelled to write to heap (yet more!) praise on The Season. I’ve seen the trailer and the first two episodes and I’m utterly blown away.

Firstly, it’s the camera work – every shot is outstanding, and that cable-dolly works great. But it’s more than that. From the concept, through the scripting and voice over, to editing and production. But most of all, the story telling. Bloody marvelous. I want more – now – and that’s the point.

I’ve seen no higher production values in any outdoor adventure film. That you’re giving it away free is utterly mind blowing! So of all the innovations in this series, the free downloads could prove to be the biggest. You might become the guy who killed off the adventure DVD!

All pulled together I’ll make a great broadcast programme. A few years ago, I commented that Eastern Horizons had ‘raised the bar’. Well, you’re just thrown the damn thing out of the stadium. Serious respect.

The thing that really caught my attention is the striking cinematography followed by the stories. Now, I can’t wait to learn what these five amazing human beings are about. As an added benefit, your show makes me appreciate the wild I have right in my own backyard.

Keep up the great work! My hats off to you , Fitz, as well as the rest of your crew…

  14. Audrey says:

So glad I found this… Love this! Have already emailed 3 people to watch this show.
