Thomasina Pidgeon — Boulderer

In the last decade, Thomasina established herself as one of the world’s best female boulderers.  She has climbed multiple V12s and traveled the globe seeking out the most difficult problems. Four years ago her life changed when she gave birth to a daughter named Cedar. She returned home to her native Newfoundland to settle into a more stationary life.  In her heart though, she was a climber. After a few months, she returned to the vagabond lifestyle. Now Squamish is the closest thing she has to a standard home. For women with deep passions, motherhood has always been a tight rope.  Thomasina has made sacrifices, but stayed true to both Cedar and herself.  This season Thomasina is chasing her dream project in the forests around Squamish.
